Christian Formation

Welcome!

We are located at the midsection of the St. Leonard campus where the school building meets the Gathering Space. We have excellent Christian Formation programs for your child, with opportunities from age six months through Grade 11! We at St. Leonard want to partner with you to help your child to grow in faith, knowledge and love of Jesus. Our Christian Formation programs offer the opportunity to learn about faith and Catholic tradition, and to put faith into action by assisting those in need. This teaches children from an early age to respond with compassion to others and to treat each individual with dignity and respect.

How to register

For parishioners:

  • A pre-filled registration form has been emailed (August 7, 2024) to all registered parish families that have children who are eligible to participate in the Christian Formation Program.
  • The email will be sent to the primary email address listed in the parish database. This prefilled form is generated from family information that is currently in the database.
  • If you did not receive the email, please check your Spam folder. The email is sent from "St. Leonard Christian Formation Office <notifications@ondemandmail.com>" with the subject line "Christian Formation Registration."
  • Acknowledgement of CF Handbook & Photo Consent forms are required to register.
  • Completed form(s) can be emailed to the Christian Formation Office at: suzanne.kasper@stleonards.org


For non-parishioners: We welcome Christian Formation program registration of families who are not parishioners. Please contact our office at suzanne.kasper@stleonards.org or call 262-679-0880 for more information.
